English side Reading FC will be sold to Russian billionaire Anton Zingarevich.
Sir John Madejski will sell the club after an agreement was reached with Thames Sports Investment.
Reading manager Brian McDermott (whose job will be safe) flew to Milan to discuss club’s future with a prospective owner.
It is believed that Zingarevich, 29, will invest over 50£ million in the club.
